I have applied to at least 10 positions in the past 6 months with this company. I see their job openings every day and I always get this “we decided to move with another candidate “ to those who work there, what’s the hiring process? Or am I over qualified? What do they look for ? I have 15 plus years of kitchen experience between , healthcare, resorts , and golf clubs. Not that I really want to work for this company, but I’m just surprised. TIA.
