Brain fog around the eyes after Probiotics, should I continue?

Hey all,

i've been suffering a long time with gut and stomach symptoms like being suuuuper overbloat, loose stools and constipation in a change, reacting to a lot of foods, having often a dizzy eye vision and a lot more...

I was diagnosed long ago with Leaky Gut, dysbiosis and some food allergy. I made a gut test recently again and I'm awaiting the test results. Meanwhile I've started to take a Probiotic called "Omniflora N". In the first few days everything was fine and is still fine, but my anxiety came up and kind of a brain fog or pressure around my eyeballs appeared, don't know how to exactly describe it. Feeling a bit like being drunk.

It's like having an eye migraine, with the weird feeling around the eyes but without pains.

Is this a potential die off reaction, because after so many times I've finally started using probiotics? Should I continue with them, because it'll go away after a while, or should I stop taking them immediately.

I've read something about Probiotics can cause a higher D-Lactate production, so that this can contribute to my "foggy" symptoms? My Probiotic has these ingredients: 25 mg Lactobacillus gasseri-Kulturlyophilisat, 25 mg Bifidobacterium longum-Kulturlyophilisat. Should I switch to Lactate free ones?

Would appreciate some help in this case.

Thanks a lot! :)
