Can someone explain this to me?

I just bought a “perfect” iPhone 17, and it is indeed in perfect condition. 100% battery health and only 18 charge cycles. This isn’t my first time having such a great experience, but I genuinely don’t understand where all these devices are coming from. The iPhone 17 is barely half a year old. How do they already have so many of them in stock?
