I'm looking to create a faction that can utilize Empire of the Cosmos to its full potential, and the archetype I think would be pretty rad is a rainbow caster build with Attunement Mystics having a spell for every occasion and making the most of Star Blades. Could be good, could be bad, either way I just think it's neat. What I seek are tips and tricks from any fellow rainbow build users or, if not, those who may have an idea of how to make one.
