Hello people i have a question

I just changed my frame and when i tested the motors i noticed that when i arm the drone it sounds normal but once I push the throttle past 20% and back to 0% the motors go back down but then slowly they start ramp up again I figured out through testing that it has something to do with Air Mode since when i turn it off it goes now my question is if that slow ramp up is a problem?
