Have any space marines met another chapter and lamented that they weren't apart of that chapter? Basically a space marine wishing they were apart of another chapter or just being jealous that another chapter might be better than theirs. In the lore

I'm 5 years old and don't understand. Why Don't the Death Spectres or Death Watch Exterminatus every world in the Ghoul Stars at the first opportunity? Is every battle in the void? If the chapters could fight planet-side, they could exterminatus it as well right? No planet is worth saving there.

Are there any planet-side battles against Ghoul Star xenos and any lore reason's why they don't just exterminatus immediately? Or do they? idk I'm a noob, sorry and thanks.
