My_qualifications: compled class 12th 2026 with pcm

I did not got good percentile in jee 2026 to even get decent college in india even ipu i did not prepared for 2 years seriously for jee my friends are going germany to study in their public university should i also join them or ahould i take drop and prep for jee and bitsat but my parents think germany is risky as they dont have much exposure
