Are they basically the same or is there anything that actually changes between them?

I opened a dispute because my earphones arrived defective (left side broken and cable issue). I sent photos and a video as proof.
The seller made a proposal with $0 refund and asked for more proof. They also said they can send a replacement (left earphone + cable), but asked me to cancel the dispute first.
My question is: If I accept the $0 refund, will I still receive the replacement, or does that close the case completely?
I don’t care about the refund, I just want the replacement, but I don’t want to lose protection.
I will also attach a screenshot of the seller/store.
