It was by a band of some sort- all I remember was that the band was Israeli,The song was in English and the Pigeon masked man was like a Cult leader, maybe? it was a recent song, like- last 9 years kinda recent. it was in Filmed in black and white, and the ending had pople in like, Hazard suits (Not Hazmat suits, but like the Full Body Suits exterminators/Cleaners wear.) Fumigating the Chruch the video was in. It popped up as an Ad on youtube occasionally.
