First of all i started reselling items i had bought on the platform & have/had a fantastic sellers feedback of over 200 positive feedbacks, I recently had a customer that clearly didn't read the description before buying , they pestered about the delivery about 2 days after i had sent the item out and when they recieved the item they suspended the payment citing reasons that were mentioned in the item description and shown in photographs. I replied to them to no avail and i decided to contact Vinted myself to ask what their advice was to move forward as i felt i'd mentioned all the points they cited. The response was from vinted that they will contact the buyer , 2 days later Vinted processed the amount and i thought that would be it .
Fast forward a week or so i got permanently banned for "selling counterfeit" item. Need i say all the items i've sold i've bought on vinted marketplace itself, All of the items of the same style boots and i know what to look out for with them , I still have a number of boots i'd bought to resell but they ended up not being legitimate or at least i wasn't confident in them. so i can only assume the disgruntled seller not getting the refund has fabricated a report against me as vengeance for Vinted's decision to pay the suspended transaction. Now i'm permanently banned as a result and the appeal was unfortunately denied, no timed ban , No way i can have all the details and options to make reparations etc and mitigate the permanent ban.
Now i'm left wondering the best next step i could take to try and fix this issue, I'm hoping for some advice maybe where to go and what to do , If anyone has any thoughts, feedback or knowledge i would appreciate that so much. thanks for your time.
