Emergency cancellation in iran
Hey I need some help or suggestions canceling starlink services. I have people in Iran using the service and they have become under suspension by the police, I need to cancel their account. I have access to everything on my end, only problem is when I go to pause services or cancel subscription it keeps the service running until the next billing cycle. I need to have it cancelled now, so if the authorities plug in their devices it doesn't show anything. If anyone has any recommendations or anyone I could teach out to id very much appreciate it.
Also, I tried talking to customer service but all I got was an AI voice chat, so I requested to talk to human services, and was told to expect a call back on business day, which is Monday. This is as far as I've got so far.
