For years I told myself I ate badly because I was too busy. Long days, no energy, grabbing whatever was quickest. Takeaways, meal deals, skipping meals altogether.
The truth was I just didn't know where to start and everything online felt overwhelming — complicated recipes, expensive ingredients, hour-long meal preps.
What actually helped me was stupidly simple. Small swaps, a bit of planning on a Sunday, and stopping trying to be perfect about it.
Now I eat better than I ever have and it takes me less time than I used to spend deciding what takeaway to order.
Anyone else been through something similar? Would love to know what made the difference for you — or if you're still stuck, happy to chat about what worked for me.
