Just looking for advice on who to vertically invest into. Every main line patch (1.x, 2.x, 3.x) I usually heavily invest into one main DPS unit (usually anniversary unit) for example 2.x was Acheron and 3.x was Castorice - both being E2S1 + their supports.

I've been a bit out of the loop, but is Silver Wolf 999 the equivalent for 4.x? Or is it Evanescia? Do we expect someone to majorly outclass them later in 4.x?
