Almost cured costco, chest hurts during bench press

Hi guys, I had costco for 1 year, probably caused by bench pressing - I was doing 3x8 100kg bench press at that time when it started, I would feel pain for WEEKS after any chest workout. Classic Costco symptoms. I also started shaking like crazy when bench pressing. I started using backpod, peanut ball, doing exercises, releasing my serratus anterior, took a break from chest training and eventually the gym and tadam, it worked. My chest no longer hurts! I tried to bench press again, but it does hurt near sternum (but only for a little moment) when I take more than 60 kg, especially when I put the bar back and try to stand up after a set (not sure why not during the actual movement). Fortunately, it only lasts during the training now, without causing any further problem afterwards. So it seems it is a last part of my journey that I need to fix before being 100% symptom free - anyone have an idea how to push through that? Should I continue training if it causes discomfort only during the set?
