Nearly a month ago and a full month after Platinum Kaizo's release Mr Keating sent out the following message in the announcement channel to SHF's Discord.
Since then we have discovered the 101st encounter, Mew which is found on honey trees throughout the game. The Ragecandybar however has yet to be found by anyone similar to the Old Amber which only had the hint "Good luck lol" with most guesses now indicating that it is based on your trainer ID hence the rule about reseting from title screen rather than being allowed to save state at the brief case.
As for the Rage Candy bar I asked Draz earlier today and she confirmed that it is in the game and she was able to get it. This indicates it is at least deterministic and not a 1/20000 encounter like Mew is.
The problem: Draz really likes niche gen 4 mechanics like Acid Rain and Hiroshima AI so I can fully see her using methods like it only being available if you play on a specific day at a specific time while on a certain tile.
