Can anyone ID this stem for my outdoor faucet? Need to replace

It says emco on the side, I'm in Canada if that matters. The screw on the end that holds a washer is broken off

I have no access on the inside of my house so I I can just replace the stem or even the washers that would be ideal (if I can remove the broken screw)

It leaks from the handle and drips a little bit too. It's hard to see but I believe it says emco on it.
