Hello lawyers, I need advice regarding a dispute with my landlord. He told me that I have 30 days to leave my apartment because it wasn’t clean enough. However, he has not provided me amble time to clean my house before he arrived, hasn’t been in all of the rooms(only the kitchen for 10 - 20mins), and has not provided a written court order for my eviction. I’m pretty sure that this violates chapter 9-1600 but I’m not super confident. I would love to discuss this more in DMs so I know more about my rights as well as what I need to know.
