I’ve been wondering if this applies only on the ZVE10 or the entire sony camera in general. Are sony camera’s, if not tweaked, bad? I’ve never taken a video or photo from the camera that didn’t depend on some degree of editing and I’m a bit frustrated by it. While I do mostly videos and generally shoot on log with pp4, i wished taking photos wouldn’t require too much editing(or maybe im just getting old and not wanting to deal with editing). Sony’s default for me seems too much on contrast and really exploded highlights that I have to stick with pp2 or pp4 and have to edit it again. Or is there some configuration needed to fix this? I haven’t really had this type of issue with my lumix g7 that i am even satisfied with the jpg outputs and only opt for raw files when i want to refine it a bit, but my photo experience for the zv is the total opposite. Any tips to improve on the photo setup? I wanna experience getting that snap and contented feeling like i have with the lumix but the zv just makes everything look harsh
