Okay, I have a friend, and my friend has an OC (Original Character), and when we play Rivals together, he's always talking about the story he wrote for me, etc.

That's why he plays the spray+katana excessively (his secondary even more leveled than his primary weapon, to that extent).

Although he usually uses grapples or medkits, he also frequently uses smoke grenades as a utility weapon, and while his primary skill is the burst rifle, he said he wants to change that as well.

I'm now certain that the katana is the worst melee weapon in the game. It's incredibly difficult to achieve 100% performance against any weapon other than sniper rifles. It's a short, broken quick melee weapon, and to top it all off, the pick-up time is slow compared to other weapons, and because it doesn't provide any speed boost, its maneuverability is terrible. Almost 90% of all weapons in the game can easily win a match against a katana.

The katana is only good against a bunch of brainless outo-shooting kids with sniper. Even so, rich kids somehow pull out EXO-style props or flamethrowers from somewhere, literally ruining the game.

The parrying or picking-up sound is extremely easy to spot; you can hear it from the other end of the map. I understand you need to catch your opponent off guard, but the only way to do that is when both of you are low on health. Even then, if you win just one round, they'll immediately pull out a weapon that makes the katana useless.

In the last 20 matches I've played, nobody has used their fighter class correctly, it's really getting frustrating... I'm talking to all those incompetent fighters who reach level 20 and still hide on the sidelines like cowards instead of protecting the others: "If you're not going to protect the survivors, go play classes like Customer or Technician."
