Overrun and Strike and Fade
I play wookie battle force and thought I would give the flutter bomber another go.
Overrun 2, so I can make 2 overrun attacks from a standard move.
This is the rules as I understand them:
- You must pass through a unit - overlapping at least 1 of the mintures during a move to perform an overrun attack.
- You can only make 1 overrun attack per move - so the flutter must move twice to use both, even if it passes 2 units in 1 move.
- overrun ignores cover and doesn't give out supression like melee - however flutter overrun is supressive, so they will get 1.
- overrun is not an attack action, thus does not trigger stike and fade or count as an attack.
- this means the flutter craft could, move (overrun), shoot pistol, move (overrun)
Now the unsure parts
- If I have strike and fade on, if I used my pilot's pistol to trigger stike and fade, could I then use an overrun attack from this movement?
- I.e. I complusary move, overrun attack 1 > I move but don't get to over run anything/or aim > I shoot my pistol at something (1b1w more to give supression) > trigger strike and fade, overrun the unit. -it's probably quite a unique set up. But I more think its 3 attacks in 1 activation, 3 supression if they hit.
- Cover rule - if we have a building on the map and something is inside it - would that still ignore cover - I guess technically the flutter would not have LOS? odd situations - but has come up (little wookie huts)
- supressive - like I said supression isn't added, however the weapon is supressive, so it would give 1 supression. Because its supressive, does it give supression even if both dice roll blank?
