90s restaurant name

I’m trying to remember the name of a restaurant my family went to in the 90s. Here are the clues:

-There was an upstairs area where the kids would go while the adults had dinner.
-The adult tables has small TV monitors so parents could monitor the child area.
-The logo on the building had an upright fork and knife.
-The kid area had at least one Super Nintendo.

Does this ring any bells?

EDIT: Solved! It was Table Tavern on 14 & Van Dyke. Thank you u/The_Midscoop!!!!!
