I used a cosmic brownie recipe to build this one (flexible dieting lifestyle), as I was making it, I realized I did not have any of the ingredients. So renamed it chocolate truffle.

200g fat free fairlife

200g unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop of PEscience chocolate truffle protein powder

10g brownie batter protein cookie butter powder

8g white chocolate SF jello pudding mix

5g dutch black cocoa powder

5g munkfruit with allulose sweetner

Pinch salt

Mix in was mini m&ms

  1. add liquids/milks to pint/container.

  2. I add the dry ingredients to a separate bowl, mix so they are blended together. Then pour into pint/container.

  3. quickly blend with an immersion blender, if room to lift and lower to get a good mix is best.

  4. cover, I let it rest in refridgerator for 20 to 30 minutes.

  5. move to freezer for 24 hours, I have other creamis waiting so I usually eat after like 48 hours.

  6. take out of freezer, check for bump, shave down, I use a y shaped vegetable peeler.

  7. when bump is down, put in creami machine and spin on lite ice cream. I had to do a respin, after clearing sides with butter knife, then it was good to go, see pics.

  8. I added in the mini m&ms (2tbsp) and mixed by hand since the texture was perfect.

Calories: 372 ptotein: 51g, I shared with son ♥️

M&ms will add 120 cal and 1g protein. Can add less as well. Next time I will add to each bowl instead.
