So is he gonna go up for order in the fall or was it preorder only and I’m out of luck without paying $500 plus?

I’ve read conflicting statements and I’m beginning to wonder if I’ve ruined my chances of getting him by not preordering/funding him. And I either want reassurance that I still have a chance or to rip the band aid off and move on.
