I was playing around with Acoustic Genderspace Viewer and tried one of their scripts. I feel like my voice sounds kinda feminine but I'm not an objective judge. Any constructive criticism is super duper mega ultra welcome!
I've always felt like I struggle most with vocal weight, which is why I've been working on trying to intentionally retract my false vocal folds, for the last two months or so. So if ya'll have any feedback specifically on vocal weight, that would be extra lovely!
Here's the script for reference:
My advisor is like "But you don't actually make your clothes," and I'm like "Well, I made this coat that I'm wearing. And I made my purse," and he's like "Ok, but you didn't make the fabric, right?" Which the answer was no, I hadn't made that fabric. So for my prospectus defense, I spun yarn that I then knit into a sweater vest that I wore to my defense so that I could specifically say that I was wearing clothing that I did spin myself.
