Ongoing issue with Service CU and/or Alkami connection?
My Service Credit Union accounts have been failing to update in Full View for the past week or more (their last successful update was somewhere between 5/1 and 5/4) -- is this a known issue?
I've tried updating on different days and at different times of day, but I keep seeing the same error: "You're getting this error because the connection to your provider's web site is temporarily unavailable. This may be due to website maintenance, high traffic volumes, or network connectivity issues. However, the web site is expected to be available again within a short period of time. When you receive this error, please try again in 24-48 hours or try refreshing your network connection. If you are still experiencing a problem after this time, please contact us for further assistance."
