Has anyone had any luck getting a 1989 Honda CB450DX registered as ULEZ compliant/exempt in London?

I've got a 1989 Honda CB450DX that I'd love to keep riding, but I've recently moved to London for work, and therefore now live within the ULEZ zone so paying the charge every time makes it pretty impractical.

I know some older bikes can apparently pass emissions testing and be reclassified by TfL even if they pre-date Euro 3, but I can't find any specific info about the CB450DX.

Has anyone here successfully had one exempted

or know whether these old Honda twins are likely to pass?

Would be great to hear from anyone who's gone through the process with this bike or something similar.
