*Least* smoker friendly cities

I’ve lived in Bavaria, Northern Italy, BiH, and Poland. I’ve traveled all over, but one thing seems common- the majority of the people smoke. As a former smoker, this is something I deeply want to avoid being in again. Other folks can do whatever, I’m not judging. I just don’t wanna be around it. What cities are strong against smoking? Surely there are some, right?

Missed Connection: Pastrami with a side of hope

I was in Noshville today sharing one of my favorite types of food with my mom, who refuses to go downtown on her own unless it is a dire emergency. At around 2pm, we were finished and I was paying the bill. You had just finished your shift and were trying hard to quickly leave. I had seen you briefly and thought you were quite special- Long, dark chestnut hair, nice tattoos, and a pair of the cutest murder kitten earrings. I wanted to at least say something, and hoped you wouldn't be too upset by the interruption, so I asked you to stop for a moment on your way out. I complimented your earrings, and you responded with a thank you and an amazing smile, but when I looked into your sage and golden eyes, I struggled to even think. You stole my breath and made my heart skip a beat. I've been dumbfounded ever since, and kick myself for terrible timing and getting so lost in your gaze. I'd love to chat sometime, get a drink, or even just take a walk now that the weather is getting better.
