Basically I want to buy another car I currently have a Rt and was thinking about buying a scat or hellcat but I lowkey don’t want to drop 35-50k on a car that’s most likely gonna get stolen and insurance being high, for my next car I want something manual maybe under 25k with capabilities of being able to reach around 500whp with maybe 5k worth of parts like a cam or even boost, I don’t care how new it is or old to be honest I don’t care much just that it would have to be rwd or awd id consider fwd maybe ik the civic si is good but any other recommendations for what car? Any help would be appreciated
