Pickers I need help because I think my Manager and Learning Ambassador are lying to my face
So my home path was AFE pack, and im getting cross trained into picking (its actually awful and i understand why people hate it) but when i asked about what the target rate was, my learning ambassador said 380-430? Which is extremely difficult to keep up all day. I can maybe hit 415 for the 1st part of the shift but then i feel gassed and exhausted trying to keep it above 380 for the rest of the day? The floor manager came over too tell me I was doing great for a cross trainee and i asked him the same question but he said the “target” is over 400 is fine. But then i also noticed nobody comes and talks to me when i fudge it and push maybe over 300 which is confusing because I should ge WELL below rate. Then also seeing people here say its 300-320 so what is the actual rate???
