So I've recently had an endoscopy and found that I have a small hiatus hernia. I've changed what I've been eating and starting exercising a lot more. Over time my symptoms have started to ease, pretty much most of them gone but the one that will not go away at all is my sore throat. Everytime I swallow it hurts like hell. Anyone have any experience with this and any idea to try and ease/get rid of the pain?
