I built a web app for running World Cup bracket pools with friends. Looking for feedback before the tournament starts.

I built a bracket pool web app (Playoff Pick'Ems) that started with NFL Playoffs, expanded to March Madness, and now supports the FIFA World Cup.
I've been running bracket pools for a while and kept dealing with the same stuff. Collecting picks over group chats and emails, updating a spreadsheet after every game, fixing brackets when someone enters the wrong matchup. So I built an app to handle it.
For the World Cup it supports both stages:
- Group stage: predict final standings for all 12 groups, earn points for correct placements + an optional bonus for getting the whole group right
- Knockout bracket: Round of 32 through the Final, custom scoring per round
- Combined standings: group + knockout points add up into one leaderboard
The group predictions and bracket are separate. Your group picks don't cascade into the knockout bracket. You fill those out independently, so if you bomb the group stage you can still come back in the knockout round.
