Applications such as Lunar client, and Deezer(desktop) go blurry when I'm using another application
I recently added a new primary monitor (1440p, 180hz) next to my old secondary monitor (1080p, 75 hz). Since doing this, I've noticed specific applications like the two stated in the title have been going noticeably blurry (image has been attached), however as soon as I move my mouse over the application and click on the application it goes back to normal kind of as if it is going back into focus. If I then use a different application it goes blurry again. I'm not sure if this is the right community to ask for support but I'm sure there are others that have dual monitors who may have run into this issue before hand.
System specs(if needed):
Windows 11
Gtx1080ti
Primary display 1440p 180hz (scaling set to 100)
Secondary display 1080p 75hz (scaling set to 100)
