Moving from Property manager (mostly technician) to maintenance supervisor

I’m 35 years old for 8 years I’ve been a “property manager” for a complex with 120 units, $25 hourly , I handle everything outside of leasing , including service calls, turns, preventative maintenance, and I’m on call Monday - Friday and 1-2 weekends a month and im alone 99% of the time no office on site and free apartment with utilities included things are pretty chill but stale with it just being me at the property

I’m being offered a maintenance supervisor role for almost double the money and a free condo/ apartment for a new luxury complex consisting of 410 apartments and townhomes
I’d be managing every aspect of maintenance , I’ll have an assistant maintenance manager, team of techs, truck, golf carts, etc.. the property is new and still being built in some sections , I’ll be walking into a massive backlog of turns and service calls
Will it be worth it to move up with the switch?
