I’ve been feeling pretty burned out after work lately and need a better way to decompress.
I work a pretty standard 9 to 5 but it’s mentally draining, and by the time I get home I just end up scrolling on my phone or watching random stuff. I want something that actually helps me relax and feel a bit more present instead of zoning out every night.
I’ve tried going to the gym and reading, but I haven’t really stuck with either.
What hobbies actually help you unwind after a long day and are easy to stick with?
