Sewage smell in house when using appliances
I can't figure this one out; whenever we run our dishwasher (upstairs) or washing machine (downstairs) a sewage smell starts to infiltrate the upstairs.
The drain in the laundry room has water. The shower drain in the basement has water.
The house was built in 1977 and we don't have a septic tank or anything like that. Anything else I can troubleshoot or should I just call a plumber?
