Stephen Wiltshire on the second photo, he's a great Britain architect artist(with syndrome Savanta), who can draw literally city views accurately(he's been doing that basically since youth), from his visual memory. You can look up his biography and gallery in articles, really fascinating guy. It's also important to notice that he usually needed like 20-45 minutes to memorise view perfectly(even less in youth, some data claims that one sight is enough)
On the first photo is notorious Hannibal Lecter, and his drawing of Florence view from belvedere.
According to some guys on YouTube, Hannibal's drawing of Florence is unrealistic levels of VSI(like if he literally keep cities in his Mind Palace), and well cognition. So then I remembered that IRL some guys were also able doing that. All in all, in your opinion what feat gaps?
