How do you create a KPI
Just started setting, and need a way to track my progress. Current offer doesn't have a CRM so we do everything manually. Currently have a lead sheet that I fill up but how do I track my efforts on Spreadsheet? Just wondering how to build one or what it all entails. Have never used before
