can't use the real mequot shirt and pants cause roblox ai

when i put my mequot avatar it warned me and i'm just upset i can't put it on since i used 80 robux on it

So I just got a mequot avatar, then I got a warning for having gore on it even tho I seen a lot of people having mequot avatars that aren't warned for having gore, like why me? I just wanted a mequot avatar since I wanted a Dod cosplay, but the AI warned me, and now I can't even use it. I already used 80 Robux on it.
