How do I help my friend who has an eating disorder?
I recently checked her Tumblr account and saw that she was planning on fasting and making herself throw up. I really want to help her but I'm not sure how to. I'm really scared for her.
I saw that she wanted to recover but that she was scared of getting bigger.
Should I talk to her about what I saw on her account or should i try to speak to an adult about it first?
