USCIS Response after congressional inquiry
I have been waiting for the last 8 months to hear any updates on my AOS through marriage case. I got this reponse to my inquiry for expediting I485/131 based on humanitarian circumstances.
What does this mean even? My status shows case is actively being reviewed for the past 6 months
