Hi I have greater trochanter pain , hip impingement , and piriformis pain for almost 3-4 months.

A trochanter injection helped me alot on the side hip , but the piriformis won’t go away

Can’t progress in physical therapy, daily pain still , etc

Tried anything to not get another injection but ortho and pmr say to go for it
