I’m working on a small project to better understand what first-time buyers in the UK struggle with when purchasing a home (especially new builds).

I’ve put together a short, multiple-choice survey — it takes about 2 minutes. I’m not selling anything, just trying to see whether a simple guide or support resource would actually be useful.
