first time fish owner

Im almost done with cycling a 6 gallon planted tank, i only have java moss and anubias as of now. I know that shrimps dont produce that much waste, im afraid that they wont poop enough to feed the bacteria and the plants simultaneously.

will it sort itself out once i add them? And how many shrimps should i get at the beginning?
