As I am preparing DIYing my petition letter, I believe reading as much of official UCSIS voice help. For that I am going through official EB2 NIW documents and also the AAO decisions. I am wondering if there's any repo who jot down RFEs sent by USCIS?

If I DIY my petition (not represented by any lawyer or paralegal) then do I write the petition letter in first person voice (like- my PE has national importance) or in passive voice (like- Mr. X's (X being me) PE has national importance)?
