I am currently in my 29th year of teaching and will retire in 4 years. I have been thinking of some possible side hustles when I retire and one that comes to mind is Meal Prep Guidance. The reason for this is everyday I see teachers, mostly young and new to teaching, bring in or order fast food for breakfast and lunch. Because I bring in my homemade breakfast sandwich and meal prepped lunch I would love to share my recipes and meal prepped suggestions as well as food prices with them. I would love to do meal prepped lunch itself but you need a commercial kitchen and food handler license and I do not want to be sued due to clients getting possibly sick. Question I am asking is this - as a teacher would you hire someone to provide a weekly list of recipes with grocery lists and cost breakdown? if so would you do it for $20 a week? Any other input would be great. Thanks.

I live in Maryland about an hour from Manassas and would like to take th train from there to Philly instead of going to DC or BW. What is it like? is it safe? is it busy? Thanks in advance
