Struggling to post a job on Fiver or Upwork
Hi all,
I'm wondering if there's a specific way I need to format my job posts.
I tried to follow the examples they provide, however after successfully posting it, the application closes the job.
Fiver removed my account after my first job post and Upwork removed the post only without notifying me or sending an email.
Are there any other platforms that have a better success rate at posting jobs?
I'm finding this process frustrating.
Any help or feedback is appreciated.
Also yes I have reviewed my posts beforehand.
For Upwork I was only able to find the post from a notification it showed when I created it:

I am developing an early-stage physical product concept: a modular monitor accessory system designed to enhance desk setups through lightweight, soft-touch aesthetic design and user customisation.
The product is intended to attach to the edge of a monitor using a non-invasive attachment approach intended for compatibility across different monitor setups and display types.
The concept focuses on a flexible, modular system that enables decorative customisation through interchangeable elements designed for modern workspace and gaming setups.
I am looking for an industrial designer or product designer to help refine this concept into a more feasible and buildable direction.
Key areas of support include:
- Concept refinement and design feedback
- Feasibility review of the overall system and attachment approach
- Suggestions on suitable materials for soft-touch, flexible components
- Early-stage prototyping guidance and design direction
- Optional: basic CAD or 3D concept exploration
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in industrial or product design
- Familiar with consumer physical products or desk/tech accessories
- Strong understanding of manufacturability and real-world constraints
- Experience with modular systems or flexible product structures (bonus)
- Experience with soft materials or flexible plastics (bonus)
