Hello everyone

So this Accident happened on 19 December.

While a SUV car making illegal turn on red signal crossing double solid white line HITS me Drives rear right wheel over my pelvic region, unconscious for several minutes. Locals helped called Police 112 and ambulance, I was hospitalized, after my discharge they took my statement.

Now today almost After 5 months, investigator is still not responding and I have no update regarding this case !

Questions:

1. What are the normal timelines for such investigations in Georgia?

2. At what point should someone escalate to prosecutor or hire a lawyer?

3. Has anyone experienced similar delays?
