I recently started a trainee position at a small shipbroking boutique. They are planning to open an office elsewhere, and one of my colleagues told me that if the project doesn’t work out, I should start looking elsewhere. I’m not sure how to interpret it: on one hand I trust him, on the other I wonder whether it might just be an excuse. Has this ever happened to any of you?
