I had (non-dominant)shoulder surgery which included a supraspinatus full thickness tear w/ 8mm retraction, a bicep tenotomy, and a labrum debridement. I'm heading into week 3 of recovery. It's been rough. The first 10 days were very painful. I was supposed to start pendulums, etc whenever I could. I have been trying to do them daily. I didn't realize how long of a road I have ahead of me! The sling is starting to hurt my neck and I feel like I'm losing my mind being stuck in the house since I can't wear a bra. I haven't started PT yet as my follow is scheduled at 3 weeks out. Do you guys have any insight into the next few weeks/months? What to expect? Thanks in advance!
