Any legal advice or suggestions for this slumlord in Roseville? This apartment was built in 1985 and despite the current online listing I was being charged $1695 for an outdated roach infested apartment. I finally broke my lease 2 weeks ago after finding baby roaches crawling on my headboard to my bed. I don’t understand how there have been multiple lawsuits and complaints to the county about residents having roach issues the past 12+ years, on top of broke A/Cs, over stuffed garbage, roof leaks and more. Please tell me how you can fix a roach issue if it’s actively been going on for more than a decade? And yet people are still required to pay rent?! It’s f**ing ridiculous, cruel, and again slumlord.
